When contacting our office, whether for Payroll or Expenses queries, please have the necessary information ready for a quick and efficient response.

• For Payroll queries, provide your 6-digit Employee Number and your PPS number, which will be required for verification. You may also be asked security questions to confirm your identity.

• For Expenses queries, please ensure you have your claim/transaction number on hand, as this is needed to locate your specific claim. We can only assist claimants with their own expense-related matters.
