Every staff member should utilise OneDrive.

OneDrive allows staff members to safely synchronise their data to the O365 Cloud.

As a result, when it comes to logging into a newly imaged device or a new device, it is just a matter of logging into your Microsoft 365 account.

It is adviseable to check your local documents folder/downloads folder if you sometimes save data here.
