Zoom is a video conferencing platform that can be used via a computer or mobile device, and allows users to connect online for video calls, conference meetings, live chat and webinars.

You can access your University of Galway, Zoom account through the apps in your Office 365 portal or directly from the University of Galway Zoom Login Page. To login to Zoom, please enter your Campus Account credentials, similar to your Office 365 login.

How do I log into Zoom @ University of Galway?

To login to your University of Galway Zoom account, go to University of Galway Zoom Login Page and please enter your Campus Account credentials, similar to your Office 365 login.

How do I schedule a meeting on Zoom?

You can schedule a meeting on the web, through the Zoom Desktop client or mobile app.

How many participants can I invite to a meeting?

The University of Galway Zoom licence caters for up to 300 participants in a meeting.

Maximum meeting duration

Personal versions of Zoom limits a meeting to a maximum duration of 40 mins, with the University of Galway Zoom licence, there is a maximum meeting duration of 30 hours
