Accessibility & LanguageFair Usage Policy - PC Suites
General Access PC Suites are located across a number of locations on campus. These suites are available to any student or staff member from any discipline for use in teaching and learning. The General Access PC Suites may also be used for computer-based assessments. A booking system allows teaching staff to book a PC suite for scheduled classes on a semester-to-semester basis.
In order to ensure all General Access PC Suites remain available for use by all staff and students, the following limits apply in relation to booking a PC Suite:
- No one academic unit may book more than 33% of time slots in any one General Access PC Suite between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday.
- No one College may book more than 66% of time slots in any one PC Suite between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday
