Breathnófar ar bhunús oifigiúil na Gaeltachta agus ar fhorbairt pholasaí an stáit i leith na Gaeltachta sa mhodúl seo. Breathnófar freisin ar bhunús na Gaeltachta mar limistéar sainiúil cultúir agus teanga. Beidh an modúl seo feiliúnach d’oibrithe pobail agus teanga sna ceantair phleanála teanga a luaitear in Acht na Gaeltachta.
Beidh buntáiste acu siúd atá ag obair cheana féin in earnáil na Gaeilge go naisiúnta agus Straitéis 20 Bliain don Ghaeilge á feidhmiú acu.
